These mushrooms have a crunchy texture, but the more you cook them, the more they soften.

They are an excellent ingredient for comforting soups and broths as well as stir-fries.

These mushrooms should not be eaten raw.
Store mushrooms in the vegetable drawer of the refrigerator in a paper bag.
