Everlasting flower mixed
Everlasting flower mixed
A vigorous annual measuring between 60 and 90 cm in height on average, its flowering ranges from red, yellow, pink, white and orange. Its flowers are attractive to pollinators as well as gardeners. The long flowering period of this annual allows it to be harvested throughout the summer to make bouquets or to dry for winter bouquets, crafts or scrapbooking. The immortelle, or the one whose flowers never fade, as its name suggests, is a plant very resistant to drought in the garden and remains beautiful until frost. It is suitable for growing in containers as well as in the ground.
Tips: Seeds should never be covered; they need light to germinate. Press the seeds into already moist soil. Use bottom watering or misting to avoid burying the seeds. It is easier to sow them in small containers to limit root handling when transplanting. Maintain temperatures between 21 and 24 ºC, but not lower than 18
