A blend of boreal spices, with aniseed agastache in the lead, designed for local fish (trout, salmon, walleye, etc.), but ultimately good with almost everything!
We've tried it in pasta salad, on chicken, in broth, in a vegetable stir-fry, and even on poutine: every time, it passes the test.
